Though it comes from different coffee producers and origins, depending on what’s in season, you can count on Traffic to always be approachable, easy to drink, full-bodied, and sweet.

We are super excited about our current Traffic selection! This coffee was sourced from Bonaventure to get you some delicious coffee from hard working, quality focused coffee producers in Honduras.
From the historic villages of El Cielito in Santa Barbara, Honduras, Olvin Reyes, Mario Orlando Guzman, and Juan Jose Benitez produce a Pacas variety. We were introduced to these farmers at the start of 2021 and are hopeful that this is the beginning of a long-lasting relationship!
The cherries are picked and de-pulped carefully and the parchment is then put into fermentation tanks where it is dry fermented for 26 hours. The parchment is then rinsed in the tank with water four times. Next, it's put inside the parabolic solar dryer for around 24 days. The farm also grows corn and beans and the group is hopeful to start planting trees to produce shade for their farm!
