Traffic: Freylesca Fresich

Traffic is one of Atlanta’s most dependable experiences. In a city that’s always changing, with weather that’s never predictable, traffic is the constant. Traffic is East Pole’s constant coffee. Though it comes from different coffee producers and origins, depending on what’s in season, you can count on Traffic to always be approachable, easy to drink, full-bodied, and sweet.

Our current Traffic selection is Certified Organic and Fair Trade and imported by Balzac Bros. Here’s more info from Balzac:

Federación de Sociedades Cooperativas Indígenas y Ecológicas de Chiapas was founded by farmer groups from Tzotzil, Tzeltal, Mame, Chuj and Zoque. The cooperative has over 3,300 members, primarily indigenous farmers and their families. Each producer does their own wet milling and dries the coffees on their own patios before delivering the coffee to the cooperative. Since the founding of FESICH they have established a renovation program, built a nursery that now houses over two million coffee plants and offers training programs for leaf rust treatment. In addition, producer members have access to small producer financing.
