This coffee is from Cauca, about 2 hrs away from another coffee we purchase for Traffic - Popayan Reserve. The region is densely forested and most coffee is grown at altitudes exceeding 1750masl.
This coffee from Inzà Village is an excellent representation of coffees from Cauca: bright acidity, sweet flavors of ripe red apple and crisp white grapes, and a drinkability that makes you want to crush the whole cup in one sip. We believe this coffee is a crowd pleaser, an easy drinker, and all-in-all a coffee you want to wake up and brew.
