About Popayan Reserve:
Popayan, Cauca is located in the Colombian Massif. It is on a plateau at nearly 1,700 MASL, where coffee is grown all along the area's beautiful undulating hills.
The so-called "Meseta de Popayan" is sheltered by the Andes Mountains, which helps generate homogeneous climatic and altitudinal characteristics. The result is one of the most outstanding Colombian coffee regions.
This coffee is produced by approximately 65 growers selected by Cofinet for their consistency and flavor profiles.
