We're thrilled to bring you all another Natural Ethiopian from this crop! This one comes from a washing station in Western Ethiopia that is owned and operated by Dinkalem Ademe. Dinkalem is committed to excellence in his craft, and to helping those in his community with a small crop from their home gardens or a crop that they foraged in the local forests process their coffee well and get their product into the hands of trusted importers who can take their coffee to market. His intentionality in every stage of the coffee preperation process makes the unique terroir of this community shine through in the final cup!
