About the Producer:
Inspired by his father, 2nd generation coffee farmer Álvaro Acevedo, Fabian delved into the world of high-quality coffee, beginning with fermentation processes that gradually improved their final product. Their journey toward excellence started in 2006, focusing on clean cups and consistently better results, and progressed significantly by experimenting with various techniques.
About the Coffee:
Pink Bourbon is a beloved varietal across the specialty coffee world, for good reason. This coffee is a great example of it, with juicy notes of red apple, white flowers, and pink berries. At our retail coffee bars we'll be featuring it on pourover, where the delicate floral notes can really show off. We encourage you to make it on pourover at home, or however you enjoy your cup!
